The Sunlight, Pilgrim, have you noticed, how, it brightens high mountain tops… A visible warmth, so gently burnished.
How it dances, upon the rippling waters, the sandy wash below, pale dappled light, midst the myriad, ever changing shadows.
How morning’s caress, a rosy subtleness, creeping stealthily each dawning, evolves… First, to some soft lingering, warming kiss.
Thence to the harshness, of Sol’s dominant
apathy, till finally surrendering

My Name, Was Molly? My Name…Was, Molly?My Name, Was Molly?
The winds of change, but little mean, for one as old as she, fruitful years are spent, the mind lies fallow, ever so to be. A memory now but transient, perhaps a blessing in disguise, Forgotten, all Fates bitter blows, a respite one may surmise.
She little recalls, all that befell, save for her childhood years, all her more recent sorrows, mercifully erased, it now appears. Lonely, the world now unknown, where no loved or kin remain, ever present is a burdening confusion, one nobody can explain.

The blissful warmth caresses, its gentle subtlety, surrounds. Then an instant momentum, a brief violent transportation,
from this idle wonderment… deep into throes of abject fear…
Crushing, grinding, tearing, blinding pain, until a merciful, enveloping numbness comes. Then a billowing blindness as sanguine saline scarlet swirls, a last imprint to sightless orbs.
Fragmented tissues in a filigree, of crimson lacings upon cobalt… Two shrouded malevolent eyes, now brighten briefly, to survey. &n
